Pocket Cinema LLC ("Pocket Cinema," "Company," "we," "us," or "our") offers subscriptions, Coins, premium content access, and other digital products through our website, mobile applications, and streaming platform.

This Refund Policy explains when purchases may be eligible for refunds, credits, cancellations, or account adjustments.

By purchasing subscriptions, Coins, content, or other digital products through Pocket Cinema, you agree to this Refund Policy.

General Policy

All purchases made through Pocket Cinema are generally final and non-refundable unless otherwise required by law or expressly stated in this Refund Policy.

Because Pocket Cinema provides access to digital content, subscriptions, Coins, rewards, downloads, premium features, and other instantly accessible services, many purchases become non-refundable once access has been granted or content has been consumed.

Refund eligibility may depend on:

  • The type of purchase

  • Whether the purchase was made through Apple, Google, or directly through Pocket Cinema

  • Whether content has already been viewed, downloaded, unlocked, or used

  • Whether Coins, rewards, or credits have already been redeemed

  • Applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction

Subscription Refunds

Pocket Cinema may offer monthly, annual, promotional, ad-supported, or premium subscription plans.

Unless otherwise required by law:

  • Subscription fees are non-refundable once charged

  • Partial billing periods are generally not refunded

  • Unused time remaining in a subscription period is generally not refundable

  • Canceling a subscription stops future billing but does not automatically result in a refund for the current billing period

You may cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing date.

If you cancel, your subscription benefits will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

Deleting the Pocket Cinema app does not automatically cancel your subscription.

Apple App Store Purchases

If you purchased a Pocket Cinema subscription, Coins, or digital content through Apple's App Store, Apple manages billing and refunds.

Pocket Cinema cannot issue refunds for purchases made through Apple.

Apple's refund decisions are made solely by Apple and are subject to Apple's policies.

Pocket Cinema does not control, approve, or guarantee App Store refund decisions.

Subscriptions purchased through Apple must also be canceled through your Apple account settings.

Google Play Purchases

If you purchased a Pocket Cinema subscription, Coins, or digital content through Google Play, Google may manage billing and refunds.

Pocket Cinema may not be able to issue refunds for purchases made through Google Play.

Refund requests may need to be submitted directly through your Google Play account or Google support.

Google's refund decisions are subject to Google's policies.

Coins and Virtual Currency

Pocket Cinema may offer Coins, credits, rewards, unlocks, bonus balances, promotional credits, referral rewards, or other virtual items.

Unless required by law:

  • Coins and virtual items are non-refundable

  • Coins have no cash value

  • Coins cannot be exchanged for cash

  • Coins cannot be transferred between users

  • Unused Coins are generally not refundable

  • Expired, promotional, bonus, or free Coins are not refundable

  • Coins used to unlock episodes, features, or content are not reversible

If Coins are mistakenly granted, duplicated, abused, obtained fraudulently, or used in violation of our Terms of Service, Pocket Cinema may remove, suspend, reverse, or adjust Coin balances without notice.

Episode Unlocks and Premium Content

Purchases used to unlock individual episodes, bonus content, early access, downloads, premium features, or one-time viewing rights are generally final and non-refundable once access has been granted.

Pocket Cinema may deny refund requests where:

  • Content has already been viewed

  • Downloads have already occurred

  • The purchase was intentionally made

  • Multiple refund requests have been submitted

  • Abuse, fraud, chargebacks, or suspicious activity is detected

Promotional Offers and Free Trials

Pocket Cinema may offer free trials, introductory offers, referral rewards, discounted subscriptions, promotional Coins, or other special offers.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Promotional offers may be limited to one per user, household, payment method, or device

  • Promotional offers may automatically convert into paid subscriptions if not canceled before the end of the trial period

  • Promotional Coins, free unlocks, and bonus rewards are non-refundable and may expire

  • Pocket Cinema may modify, suspend, or terminate promotions at any time

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you dispute a charge with your bank, credit card company, Apple, Google, or payment provider, Pocket Cinema may:

  • Suspend or restrict your account

  • Remove Coins, rewards, or purchased content

  • Cancel subscription benefits

  • Revoke access to unlocked content

  • Limit future purchases

  • Investigate the transaction for fraud or abuse

We encourage users to contact Pocket Cinema support before initiating a chargeback whenever possible.

Unauthorized Purchases

If you believe a purchase was unauthorized, you should contact us immediately at support@pocketcinema.site

Pocket Cinema may investigate unauthorized transactions on a case-by-case basis.

Refunds or account adjustments may be issued where appropriate, including in cases involving:

  • Technical errors

  • Duplicate charges

  • Billing mistakes

  • Fraudulent transactions

  • Accidental purchases by minors

  • System malfunctions

To protect users and prevent fraud, Pocket Cinema may request additional information to verify your identity before processing certain refund or billing requests.

Pocket Cinema reserves the right to request additional information before processing any refund or account adjustment request.

Technical Problems

Pocket Cinema may, in its sole discretion, provide:

  • A replacement unlock

  • Account credits

  • Coins

  • Extended subscription access

  • Alternative access to content

  • Partial or full refunds where appropriate

Technical issues may include:

  • Duplicate billing

  • Failed unlocks

  • Failed downloads

  • Streaming failures

  • Payment processing errors

  • Service outages

  • Inaccessible purchases

Regional Consumer Rights

Certain jurisdictions may provide mandatory consumer rights that cannot be waived.

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any rights you may have under applicable law, including rights related to:

  • Faulty digital services

  • Misleading billing

  • Unauthorized transactions

account manipulation, or other misuse of the Services.

Your continued use of the Services after the updated Refund Policy becomes effective means that you accept the revised policy.
