This California Privacy Rights page supplements the Pocket Cinema Privacy Policy and applies only to California residents.
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), California residents may have certain rights regarding their personal information.
This page explains the categories of personal information Pocket Cinema may collect, how we may use and share that information, and the rights available to California residents.

Under California Civil Code Section 1798.83, California residents may have the right to request certain information regarding Pocket Cinema's disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes.
Pocket Cinema does not currently disclose personal information to third parties for their own direct marketing purposes without appropriate rights or disclosures.
Non-Discrimination
Pocket Cinema will not discriminate against you for exercising your California privacy rights.

Charge different prices
Provide a different level of quality
