Pocket Cinema is committed to creating a safe, respectful, creative, and engaging environment for all users.
These Community Guidelines apply to all users of Pocket Cinema's website, mobile applications, streaming platform, comments, reviews, ratings, favorites, watchlists, referrals, Premium community spaces, profile information, rewards systems, and other interactive features (collectively, the "Services").
By using the Services, you agree to follow these Community Guidelines.
Be Respectful
Users must treat others with respect.
You may not:
Harass, bully, threaten, intimidate, or abuse others
Use hateful, discriminatory, racist, violent, or sexually explicit language directed at others
Encourage self-harm, violence, criminal activity, or dangerous conduct
Target users based on age, nationality, disability, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or other protected characteristics
Impersonate another person, company, or organization
Share personal or confidential information about others without permission
Prohibited Content
Pocket Cinema users may be able to interact through comments, replies, reviews, ratings, favorites, watchlists, reactions, referral features, profile information, and community spaces associated with certain content or Premium features.
Premium "Cinephile" interactions must remain respectful and may not be used for spam, harassment, intimidation, manipulation, or repeated unwanted contact.
Users may not use these features to:
Post illegal, fraudulent, defamatory, or misleading content
Post threats, harassment, hate speech, graphic violence, or sexually explicit material
Share pornography, nudity, or obscene content
Exploit, harm, or endanger minors
Infringe copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, publicity rights, or other intellectual property rights
Promote illegal drugs, weapons, hacking, scams, fraud, or dangerous activity
Share malware, viruses, spyware, malicious links, or harmful code
Spam comment sections, manipulate engagement, or create fake interactions
Encourage piracy or unauthorized distribution of copyrighted material
Share personal, confidential, or sensitive information about other users without permission
Use comments or community features for commercial advertising, solicitation, or deceptive promotions
Spoilers and Sensitive Content
Pocket Cinema encourages respectful discussion about films, series, episodes, endings, twists, character reveals, and story developments.
Users should avoid posting major spoilers in areas where spoilers are restricted, unexpected, or likely to interfere with another user's viewing experience.
This includes:
Revealing major plot twists
Revealing endings or cliffhangers
Revealing character deaths or surprise appearances
Revealing key moments from newly released episodes or seasons
Posting spoilers in titles, previews, profile names, or visible comment openings
Posting repeated spoiler comments intended to ruin another user's experience
Users should use any available spoiler tags, spoiler warnings, or designated spoiler areas where applicable.
Users should also avoid graphic, disturbing, or excessively explicit descriptions in comments, reviews, ratings, or community spaces, especially where such content is not relevant to the discussion.
Graphic descriptions of violence, self-harm, abuse, sexual content, torture, criminal acts, or disturbing real-world events may be removed where Pocket Cinema believes the content creates a harmful, unsafe, or disruptive environment.
Pocket Cinema may remove spoilers, graphic descriptions, or other sensitive content that negatively affects the user experience, particularly around newly released titles, Premium content, or trending series.
Repeated spoiler abuse, deliberate attempts to ruin content for others, or repeated posting of graphic or disturbing material may result in suspension of commenting privileges, removal from Premium community spaces, or additional enforcement action.
Reviews, Ratings, and Comments
Users may post reviews, ratings, comments, and feedback where allowed.
Reviews and comments should be honest, relevant, respectful, and based on genuine experiences.
You may not:
Post fake or misleading reviews
Coordinate review manipulation or spam campaigns
Use profanity, threats, or hate speech
Share spoilers in areas where spoilers are restricted
Post repetitive, irrelevant, or promotional content
Pocket Cinema may remove reviews, ratings, comments, or other content that violates these Guidelines.
User Accounts and Security
Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts.
You may not:
Share your login credentials with unauthorized users
Use another person's account without permission
Attempt to bypass security features or restrictions
Use bots, scripts, automation, or scraping tools without authorization
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data
Referrals, Rewards, and Promotions
Pocket Cinema may offer referral programs, rewards, Coins, bonuses, or promotional campaigns.
Users may not:
Abuse referral systems
Create fake accounts to obtain rewards
Manipulate Coins, bonuses, unlocks, or promotions
Engage in fraudulent transactions or chargeback abuse
Sell, transfer, or exchange Coins or rewards without permission
Pocket Cinema may suspend rewards, remove Coins, reverse bonuses, disable community features, or terminate accounts where abuse is suspected.
Streaming and Content Rules
Users may not:
Record, copy, reproduce, redistribute, rebroadcast, or publicly display content without authorization
Circumvent DRM, security measures, access controls, or geographic restrictions
Share account access outside permitted household or plan rules
Use Pocket Cinema for piracy or unauthorized distribution
Upload content you do not have rights to use
Minors and Safety
Pocket Cinema is not intended for children under 13 without parental consent.
Parents and guardians are responsible for monitoring minors' use of the Services.
Pocket Cinema may limit, restrict, or disable certain community features for users under a certain age.
Users may not:
Exploit or harm minors
Share inappropriate content with minors
Attempt to contact minors for inappropriate purposes
Encourage dangerous challenges, illegal activity, or self-harm
Enforcement
Pocket Cinema may remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, revoke Coins or rewards, limit purchases, terminate accounts, or take other action where it believes a user has violated these Community Guidelines, the Terms of Service, or applicable law.
Enforcement decisions are made in Pocket Cinema's sole discretion.
Pocket Cinema may investigate suspected violations and cooperate with law enforcement, regulators, rights holders, or other third parties where appropriate.
Repeated violations may result in permanent loss of commenting privileges, Premium community access, referral privileges, or other interactive features, even if the user's account remains active.

Changes to These Guidelines

Your continued use of the Services after the updated Guidelines become effective means that you accept the revised Guidelines.
